In 2022, Phil Santa was invited to collaborate on a strategic Employer Branding project for Itaú, one of the most renowned Brazilian brands in the global market. Working in partnership with the agency No Clima, Phil participated in the development of the Employer Brand Cookbook for Itaú Retail. The main goal of the project was to create a communication platform that conveyed Itaú’s value proposition to attract and engage talents consistently and relevantly.

The challenge involved aligning internal and external communication with the pillars of growth and diversity of the bank’s EVP (Employee Value Proposition), reflecting Itaú’s culture cohesively but adaptable to different realities within Retail. The solution included developing a unique brand positioning and building an identity guide that directed all recruitment and talent retention communications for the Retail sector.

This collaborative effort was highlighted for its ability to merge different perspectives and expertise, creating a strong narrative applicable across multiple communication channels, contributing to strengthening Itaú's employer brand and ensuring a consistent and attractive experience for the bank's talents.
